What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of 7-8 Territory Managers in the West Coast region.
• Execute sales strategies to increase market share and margin contribution in acute, home health, and aftermarket segments.
• Identify and penetrate GPO and IDN specific sales plans.
• Manage regional budgets and monitor sales KPIs to meet or exceed targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, distributors, and retail partners.
• Travel extensively (30-60%) within the assigned territory, including overnight and weekend travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of related experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a regional sales management position.
• Ability to travel frequently (up to 60%) and operate standard office equipment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
