Salary: $154,700 - $216,600 USD

What you will do
- Develop and optimize the global mid-market demand generation strategy through analysis and experimentation.
- Build and scale automated workflows for lead scoring, routing, and follow-up cadences using SFDC and Gong.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Acquisition managers to iterate outreach sequences and playbooks.
- Define requirements for dashboards to track lead volume, quality, conversion, and SLA adherence.
- Act as a subject matter expert on lead flows, translating field feedback into scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in revenue, sales, or marketing operations, ideally in B2B or ads businesses.
- Proven experience owning lead funnel processes, including routing, scoring, and SDR/AE workflows.
- Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and tools like Gong or other sales engagement platforms.
- Strong data skills in Excel/Sheets and experience with SQL.
- Must be based in and able to work from the New York City office three days a week.
