TL;DR

Principal, Revenue Operations & Strategy (SaaS): Building the operational foundation for post-sales motions with an accent on NRR tracking, churn analytics, and implementation frameworks. Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

What you will do

  • Own post-sales analytics end-to-end, building reporting infrastructure for churn, retention, launch velocity, and service adoption.
  • Design implementation tracking and handoff frameworks to minimize the gap between contract close and provider go-live.
  • Develop a repeatable GMV growth framework using segmentation, cohort analysis, and service-line reporting.
  • Automate recurring operational motions and workflows via HubSpot to reduce administrative overhead for PSMs.
  • Standardize NRR, churn, and expansion definitions across Finance, Customer Growth, and Sales teams.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in RevOps, Customer Success Operations, BizOps, or Finance & Strategy at a high-growth SaaS company (Series A–D preferred).
  • Must be based in the US.
  • Expertise as a HubSpot power user with experience building renewal pipelines, health programs, and churn dashboards from scratch.
  • Proven experience solving "book-to-live" gaps and designing implementation handoff processes.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, including capacity models and cohort analyses for board-level reporting.
