What you will do
- Own post-sales analytics end-to-end, building reporting infrastructure for churn, retention, launch velocity, and service adoption.
- Design implementation tracking and handoff frameworks to minimize the gap between contract close and provider go-live.
- Develop a repeatable GMV growth framework using segmentation, cohort analysis, and service-line reporting.
- Automate recurring operational motions and workflows via HubSpot to reduce administrative overhead for PSMs.
- Standardize NRR, churn, and expansion definitions across Finance, Customer Growth, and Sales teams.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in RevOps, Customer Success Operations, BizOps, or Finance & Strategy at a high-growth SaaS company (Series A–D preferred).
- Must be based in the US.
- Expertise as a HubSpot power user with experience building renewal pipelines, health programs, and churn dashboards from scratch.
- Proven experience solving "book-to-live" gaps and designing implementation handoff processes.
- Strong financial modeling skills, including capacity models and cohort analyses for board-level reporting.
