Salary: $198,290 - $288,938 per year

What you will do
- Own the strategy and execution for platform partnerships, including ecosystem partners, digital front doors, and healthcare SaaS ecosystems.
- Source, structure, and close complex multi-party deals with digital health and data/analytics partners.
- Build a high-quality opportunity pipeline to deliver against aggressive new revenue and partnership growth targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, Sales, and Marketing to align partner strategies with business goals.
- Represent the company as a senior executive ambassador to partners' C-suite and senior leadership.
- Establish success metrics for each partnership and drive ongoing performance reviews and optimization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and/or enterprise sales.
- 7+ years of experience specifically within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing complex partnerships with measurable New ARR/revenue impact.
- Deep experience working with digital health platforms, virtual care companies, or navigation platforms.
- Experience working with health systems and/or health plans.
- Must be based in the United States.
