TL;DR
Regional Sales Director, Enterprise (AI Analytics SaaS): Lead high-growth sales team to drive predictable revenue from customers with 501-5,000 employees with an accent on new business acquisition, expansion, and strategic deal execution. Focus on coaching account executives, optimizing sales processes, and cross-functional collaboration for scalable growth.
Location: Prioritize candidates based in San Francisco, NYC, Santa Cruz, Denver or Austin. Physical hubs in SF and Santa Cruz; office environment available for those who thrive in it.
Compensation: $350k–$400k OTE (50/50 split) + Equity.

What you will do
- Own enterprise new business and expansion targets with accurate forecasting and pipeline health.
- Execute GTM initiatives and close high-impact strategic deals.
- Lead, recruit, and coach a team of Account Executives to exceed KPIs.
- Foster accountability, continuous improvement, and hands-on deal coaching.
- Partner with Marketing on pipeline generation and Product on market insights.
- Collaborate with Customer Success for seamless handoffs and expansion.
Requirements
- 5+ years B2B sales experience, including 2+ years leading enterprise teams.
- Proven track record exceeding targets in SaaS; BI, data analytics, ETL experience preferred.
- High agency in fast-paced Series A–D environments.
