Location: Must be based in Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Texas or SouthEast Region (TN, FL, KY, AL, NC, SC, GA, VA, DC, MS). Moderate-to-substantial travel to practice sites is required.

What you will do
- Own and close a defined territory of cardiology practices through territory strategies, pipeline velocity, and proactive outreach including in-person visits.
- Build relationships with physicians, administrators, executives, and stakeholders; communicate economic, clinical, and operational value.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder decisions, manage objections, negotiate terms, and guide practices to confident decisions.
- Maintain sales discipline: exceed targets, set next steps, partner with Marketing and Growth Ops, provide feedback to refine processes.
- Shape sales processes, materials, and insights in an early-stage company environment.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of healthcare sales experience to physician groups or provider executives.
- Proven quota attainment in complex, multi-stakeholder, long-cycle sales.
- Experience selling into provider practices (specialty experience preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to evangelize a new category or model.
- Strong financial/operational acumen for ROI and value-based care economics.
- High EQ, executive presence, clinical credibility; builder mindset.
- Willingness for frequent in-person travel; knowledge of value-based care or cardiology preferred.
