What you will do
- Own a portfolio of large strategic employer clients and drive retention + expansion growth
- Build relationships with stakeholders from day-to-day contacts to executive leaders
- Lead renewals end-to-end including strategy, positioning, negotiation, and close
- Identify opportunities to expand into new populations, products, and lines of business
- Turn client goals into clear actionable account plans and lead data-driven business reviews
- Partner cross-functionally with product, clinical, and operations teams to deliver for clients
Requirements
- 8+ years in account management, sales, or client leadership — ideally in healthcare or digital health
- Experience working with large complex employer clients
- Strong understanding of employee benefits, self-funded plans, and healthcare ecosystem
- Proven ability to retain and grow accounts through renewals + expansion
- Comfortable leading executive-level conversations and influencing decision-makers
- Consultative mindset with confidence working with data to shape strategy
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office
