Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 USD / $80,800 – $97,000 CAD Base + Commission

What you will do
- Drive expansion revenue across assigned portfolio by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Conduct structured business reviews to highlight value delivered and uncover growth opportunities.
- Build strategic account plans and maintain relationships with operational and regional decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to identify adoption gaps and whitespace opportunities.
- Create pricing proposals and execute deals with strong Salesforce discipline and accurate forecasting.
- Coordinate expansion efforts with channel partners and share industry insights to inform product direction.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of SaaS sales experience.
- Knowledge of SaaS environments and comfort with essential software tools.
- Strong communication, adaptability, active listening, and relationship building ability.
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Cambridge (US/Canada).
