Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 USD / $80,800 – $97,000 CAD Base + Commission

What you will do

  • Drive expansion revenue across assigned portfolio by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct structured business reviews to highlight value delivered and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Build strategic account plans and maintain relationships with operational and regional decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to identify adoption gaps and whitespace opportunities.
  • Create pricing proposals and execute deals with strong Salesforce discipline and accurate forecasting.
  • Coordinate expansion efforts with channel partners and share industry insights to inform product direction.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of SaaS sales experience.
  • Knowledge of SaaS environments and comfort with essential software tools.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, active listening, and relationship building ability.
  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Cambridge (US/Canada).
