PMO Project Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Create and present project agendas, status reports, and documentation to customers and teams.
• Track and analyze project performance, expenditures, risks, and blockers; report to management.
• Maintain project pipeline, monthly forecasting, and suggest improvements to scope and schedule.
• Escalate issues, close projects, and transition deliverables to operations.
• Contribute to PMO improvements through team meetings and process feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years successfully managing projects in software environment, preferably Healthcare or Higher Ed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with large, diverse virtual teams under pressure.
• Task scheduling experience.
• Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with MS Project, Kantata, and MS Office.
