What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of healthcare engagements, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and outcomes
• Translate strategy into executable initiatives with defined ownership and sequencing
• Develop and manage integrated multi-workstream workplans and dependencies
• Serve as primary interface with senior client executives and Steering Committees
• Establish governance structures, manage scope, risk, and change control
• Track benefits realization tied to financial and operational metrics
• Lead, coach, and oversee PMO and project support staff

Requirements

• 9–15+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, operations, or enterprise transformation
• Proven track record leading complex multi-workstream engagements with measurable financial impact
• Experience working directly with C-suite and senior health system leaders
• Strong program/project management, governance, and execution capabilities
• Advanced financial acumen related to margin and performance improvement
• Strong leadership, judgment, and executive communication skills
