What you will do

  • Develop and execute an end-to-end marketing strategy across brand, communications, growth, and engagement marketing.
  • Lead and build a high-performing marketing team using modern infrastructure, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Manage integrated marketing strategies for B2B (health plans), B2B2C (payer partnerships), and D2C (patient enrollment).
  • Oversee PR and thought leadership to position the organization as a leader in pediatric value-based care and healthtech innovation.
  • Partner with commercial and clinical teams to support pipeline growth and ensure patient communication reflects the healthcare journey.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and dashboards to measure performance across all marketing channels.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within healthcare or healthtech.
  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience with direct responsibility for building high-performing teams.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven success leading integrated marketing across B2B, B2B2C, and D2C channels.
  • Deep expertise in value-based care and experience engaging Medicaid or underserved populations.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, including clinical workflows and payer/provider dynamics.
