What you will do

• Lead on-site and remote implementations of the NetMenu platform, focusing on clinical and patient operations in healthcare environments.
• Deliver comprehensive training to hospital and dietary teams, sharing best practices for clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Project Managers, Sales, Support) and external healthcare clients to ensure effective integration.
• Maintain project documentation, including agendas, status reports, and implementation plans.
• Meet revenue and billable utilization goals through efficient project delivery.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1 to 3 years of experience in food production (kitchen and dietary experience).
• Proficiency in training, presenting, and using the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel 50% to 75% of the time, primarily Monday through Thursday.
