Salary: $95,030 – $106,210

What you will do
- Own post-launch performance monitoring and optimization for revenue cycle initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally to diagnose issues and improve workflows.
- Design and scale processes using tools like Salesforce, payer portals, and Excel.
- Leverage data analysis to drive business decisions and predict future needs.
- Write clear deliverables such as technical requirements and strategy documents.
Requirements
- 5+ years of revenue cycle management experience (benefits verification, Insurance AR, payment posting)
- 3+ years in management or strategy consulting, leading end-to-end transformations
- Proven ability to design scalable processes with Salesforce, payer portals (e.g., Availity).
- Expertise in Excel/GSheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, visualizations) for complex datasets.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Must be based in the United States (not hiring in Hawaii)
Nice to have
- Experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with diverse insurance billing (commercial, EAP, Medicare/Medicaid).
- Fluency with Salesforce, Google Suite, Zendesk, EHRs.
- Track record managing AR performance or collections in high-volume settings.
