Salary: $60,000–$100,000 per year + 10% discretionary bonus

What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical touchpoint for enterprise clients, managing daily business-as-usual activities.
- Develop and oversee channel implementation strategies aligned with technical requirements and platform capabilities.
- Drive tactical execution on the platform, including repricing and promotional planning to maximize revenue.
- Conduct technical reviews to identify optimization areas and provide forward-looking recommendations.
- Resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Client Success Engineering teams.
- Support technical roadmap planning, feature adoption, and product feedback loops for strategic clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical account management, implementation, or solutions engineering in a B2B SaaS or e-commerce environment.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise clients with technical onboarding and platform integration.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and JIRA.
- Foundational understanding of channel requirements, data mapping, and feed architecture.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot and comfort leveraging AI-driven tools in daily workflows.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical account management or solution engineering.
- Experience with e-commerce product data platforms and SaaS deployment models.
- Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments in retail technology.
