Location: Remote U.S. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Own calendaring and scheduling for program sessions, stakeholder syncs, and team meetings.
  • Drive end-to-end program management, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain team operating rhythm with weekly standups, monthly reviews, and quarterly planning.
  • Manage logistics for enablement programs, including cross-functional coordination, vendors, materials, and agendas.
  • Draft and manage internal/external communications, announcements, updates, and follow-ups.
  • Explore and experiment with AI tools to improve team efficiency and scale successful implementations.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Enablement or program management.
  • Thrive in fast-moving environments, bringing order to complexity.
  • Strong written communication to translate information into clear messaging.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, with natural anticipation of needs.
  • Excitement about AI as a practical tool for effectiveness.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Slides), Slack, and Salesforce.
