What you will do
- Own calendaring and scheduling for program sessions, stakeholder syncs, and team meetings.
- Drive end-to-end program management, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain team operating rhythm with weekly standups, monthly reviews, and quarterly planning.
- Manage logistics for enablement programs, including cross-functional coordination, vendors, materials, and agendas.
- Draft and manage internal/external communications, announcements, updates, and follow-ups.
- Explore and experiment with AI tools to improve team efficiency and scale successful implementations.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Enablement or program management.
- Thrive in fast-moving environments, bringing order to complexity.
- Strong written communication to translate information into clear messaging.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, with natural anticipation of needs.
- Excitement about AI as a practical tool for effectiveness.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Slides), Slack, and Salesforce.
