Location: Hybrid in Fremont, CA (Monday & Tuesday onsite)

Salary: $98,000 – $115,000 per year

What you will do

  • Process full-cycle payroll for all US employees, including time & attendance and workflow administration via the ADP platform.
  • Prepare journal entries for semi-monthly payroll accruals and perform monthly account reconciliations.
  • Enforce payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with SOX 404 requirements.
  • Manage new state registrations for withholding tax, SUI, and applicable local taxes.
  • Administer 401(k) contributions and reconcile equity-related income for NQ exercises and RSU releases.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure new hires, terminations, and leaves of absence are processed accurately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of progressive payroll experience.
  • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and multi-state payroll processing.
  • Experience supporting month-end close for payroll-related accounts.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Fremont, CA (onsite Mondays and Tuesdays).

  • Experience working with a U.S. public company of 100 to 500 employees.
