What you will do

  • Maintain and operate payroll systems and processes for both domestic and international hirify.global entities.
  • Process global payroll, commission payments, and payroll tax transactions.
  • Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Commissions teams to record bonuses, new hires, and compensation changes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOX controls, and external regulatory guidance.
  • Manage equity-based compensation awards, including Restricted Stock Options and Employee Stock Purchase plans.
  • Manage the payroll ticketing system to resolve employee inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
  • 2+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience (global experience highly regarded).
  • Experience with major Payroll and ERP systems such as ADP and Workday.
  • Knowledge of multi-state payroll processes and payroll tax compliance.
  • Proven ability to maintain strict data confidentiality and professional integrity.
  • Strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset.

Nice to have

  • Certification Professional Payroll (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC).
