What you will do

• Define and execute SEM strategy across Google, Bing, Shopping, YouTube, and app acquisition.
• Manage and optimize a 9-figure annual budget to maximize revenue and contribution margin.
• Lead the integration of AI/ML for bidding, creative generation, and performance optimization.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to improve landing page performance and onboarding flows.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing SEM team of managers and directors.
• Develop a robust testing roadmap for bidding, creative, and full-funnel optimization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in performance marketing with deep expertise in SEM.
• Proven track record managing annual budgets of $20M+.
• Experience implementing automation, scripting, or AI/ML solutions in paid media.
• Strong leadership skills with experience developing senior team members.
• Analytical ability to connect channel metrics to business outcomes (LTV, CAC).
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth consumer subscription or healthcare environments.
• Familiarity with advanced attribution methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
