Location: Remote (USA). Some on-site meeting attendance may be required at Government HQ agency. Preferential consideration for candidates in NJ, PA, and TX.
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

What you will do
- Administer lease agreements, including renewals, amendments, terminations, and drafting SAM.gov notices and solicitation documents.
- Lead the lease administration team by assigning tasks, setting performance goals, and mentoring subordinates.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across legal, finance, and property management departments.
- Maintain lease databases and generate reports on critical dates, market research, and financial obligations.
- Ensure strict compliance with lease terms, company policies, and relevant government laws and regulations.
- Conduct lease analysis to support strategic decision-making and assist in negotiating favorable terms.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in lease administration or real estate management.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in lease administration software and knowledge of real estate laws, preferably related to government.
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation of lease payments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
- Must be able to attend on-site meetings at Government HQ agency as required.
