What you will do

• Collect and analyze project cost, schedule, and performance data for the Obsolescence IPT.
• Manage and track cost and performance baselines, including EVM, IPMDAR, IMS, and CDRL deliverables.
• Prepare and review BOEs, SOWs, DIDs, and acquisition documentation for program contracts.
• Deliver briefings, reports, and executive summaries to senior government and contractor leadership.
• Support CDRL reviews and performance assessments in accordance with NAVAIR/DoD standards.
• Coordinate official meeting minutes and track action status for project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in program management or business/technical analysis.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Maryland.
