Salary: $180,000–$210,000

What you will do
- Lead technical programs specializing in software for space vehicles and ground systems.
- Provide System Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) to the Space Rapid Capabilities Office (RCO).
- Oversee software design, interpretation, and analysis of technical solutions for complex projects.
- Assess technical sufficiency, cost, quality, and timely delivery of program deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to verify program needs and meet milestones.
- Draft technical requirements, documents, and executive briefings.
Requirements
- Clearance: TS/SCI with SAP Eligibility and willingness to undergo a CI Poly.
- Education: Relevant MA/MS/ME Degree (ABET accredited).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of DoD/IC or relevant industry work experience.
- Experience in software architecture and requirements development for satellites and ground systems.
- Proven knowledge of space system engineering, development, and manufacturing.
- Proficiency in DoD program management, including risk management and Integrated Master Schedules.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience specifically within SAP and/or SCI environments.
- Prior experience as SETA to a Government program office.
- Experience with rapid prototyping and integrated air, space, and cyberspace capabilities.
- Knowledge of ACAT I/II level acquisition programs.
- Experience executing test campaigns for space systems.
