Salary: $140,000 – $191,000

What you will do
- Lead the drafting, negotiation, and administration of both Prototype and Production Other Transaction Authority (OTA) vehicles.
- Define and monitor technical milestones for vendors to ensure criteria for production eligibility are met.
- Manage budget allocations, obligation timelines, and burn rates for the Proving Grounds program.
- Act as the primary liaison between DIU leadership, Department of War mission partners, and commercial vendors.
- Deliver high-visibility briefs to DIU Directors and Pentagon stakeholders regarding program health and ROI.
- Partner with the Public Sector team to communicate and support the execution of on-program growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Program Management experience within the DoW acquisition or Defense Industrial Base (DIB) sectors.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance (or eligibility to obtain one immediately).
- Proven track record of executing Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreements.
- Technical literacy regarding SaaS, cybersecurity, and cloud-based environments.
- Must be based on-site in Mountain View, CA.
- Exceptional communication skills for high-level stakeholder collaboration.
