What you will do
- Advise business customers via phone and present software solutions in a customer-oriented manner.
- Acquire new customers and cultivate long-term professional relationships.
- Identify and execute cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the assigned customer portfolio.
- Manage the sales pipeline and customer data using CRM systems and modern sales tools.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in telephone sales, customer support, or B2B sales.
- Completed training, preferably in a commercial environment.
- Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Must be based in the United States (specifically CT or ET time zones).
