What you will do
- Manage and qualify inbound leads from marketing channels to ensure a smooth intake process.
- Engage promptly with inbound inquiries to create professional first impressions.
- Generate new business leads through inbound opportunities via calls and emails.
- Coordinate the handoff of qualified leads to the Account Executive team.
Requirements
- Must be based in Austin or London and thrive in a hybrid work environment.
- 1-2 years of SDR experience in B2B SaaS is a plus, but potential and drive are highly valued for newcomers.
- Understanding of qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC or BANT.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a high appetite for AI and technology.
