Digital Marketing Associate (Web3)

Building a purpose-built blockchain for DomainFi, focused on domain tokenization and decentralized finance infrastructure.

What you will do

• Support daily publishing across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels while maintaining the content calendar.
• Manage community listening, engagement queues, social assets, brand-template edits, and coordination with designers and contractors.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, track UTMs and links, and turn channel data into recommendations.
• Run production for X Spaces, webinars, AMAs, and podcasts, including speaker preparation, recordings, registration flows, and follow-up.
• Create social copy, newsletters, event recaps, blog support materials, and short-form content from long-form assets.
• Support go-to-market campaigns for protocol upgrades, partner announcements, and token launches.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience in an agency, startup, or in-house environment.
• Strong ownership and project-management instincts, including deadline tracking and blocker resolution.
• Ability to work with incomplete information, make informed decisions, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Clear, concise, fast writing and comfort with modern social, analytics, design, and collaboration tools.
• Comfort working asynchronously across time zones with a distributed team.

Nice to have

• Web3, crypto, or domain-industry experience.
• Video editing and short-form content production skills.
• Experience with live audio, webinar production, basic HTML/CSS, no-code site building, spreadsheets, dashboards, or light SQL.
• Strong understanding of internet and crypto-native culture.
