Growth Manager - Campaigns (Crypto)

Location: Germany (Remote), Lisbon, Portugal, or the Netherlands (Remote)

What you will do

• Own the EEA growth campaign engine across affiliate, listing, Trade & Earn, and product launch campaigns.
• Turn stakeholder requests into clear briefs and build campaign plans with gates, dependencies, owners, and deadlines.
• Coordinate creative, paid, lifecycle, business development, KOL operations, product marketing, product, social, legal, and exchange operations stakeholders.
• Define success metrics with analytics, run holdouts where possible, conduct post-campaign reviews within seven days, and publish reusable learnings.
• Coordinate campaigns under MiCA and MiFID II regulatory constraints, identifying risks early and proposing alternatives with legal.
• Localise global campaign playbooks for EEA markets and share successful EEA campaigns with global teams.

Requirements

• Four to seven years of total experience, including two or more years coordinating end-to-end campaigns.
• Experience at a tier-one regulated crypto exchange and a track record of shipping at least 10 campaigns with measurable results.
• Fluency in English and German, French, or Dutch.
• Hands-on familiarity with EEA regulator dynamics under MiCA and MiFID II, including campaigns subject to regulatory review.
• Strong brief writing, project management, and stakeholder management skills across seniority levels.
• Analytical literacy and understanding of CAC payback, ROAS, incremental volume, LTV, and campaign attribution.
