Growth Lead, Northeast Asia (Crypto): Driving product-led growth for CeFi trading products across Northeast Asia with an accent on user acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and market-specific GTM strategies. Focus on analyzing user funnels, optimizing product positioning and incentives, building scalable growth playbooks, and adapting execution to local regulatory environments.

What you will do
- Own the product growth marketing strategy across Northeast Asia, focusing on acquisition, activation, trading activity, retention, revenue, and product adoption.
- Analyze CeFi products and crypto trading behavior across Spot, Derivatives, Earn, Copy Trading, Trading Bots, and VIP offerings.
- Build product-led, market-specific GTM strategies based on user behavior, competitor dynamics, and local opportunities.
- Partner with Product, Business, BD, VIP, Affiliate, and regional teams to turn product capabilities into acquisition, conversion, and monetization opportunities.
- Use funnel analysis, segmentation, KPIs, and campaign measurement to optimize positioning, incentives, conversion journeys, and lifecycle programs.
- Represent Northeast Asian users to global Product teams and create scalable growth playbooks while accounting for local regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of CeFi products, centralized exchanges, crypto trading, user journeys, and the competitive landscape.
- Strong product sense with the ability to identify product-market gaps and develop compelling growth propositions.
- Data-driven and commercially minded, with experience measuring business or product growth.
- Experience with performance marketing, CRM and lifecycle marketing, referral, affiliate, KOL/influencer channels, promotions, incentives, and conversion optimization.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, conduct market and competitor analysis, and influence priorities without direct reporting lines.
- Fluency in English and at least one Northeast Asian language is required.
