Director of Social and Influencer (Healthtech)

What you will do

• Own multi-channel social strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, Threads, and Facebook.
• Drive growth in reach, engagement, cultural relevance, and measurable business outcomes through always-on social programs.
• Lead talent, creator, and influencer strategy across organic and paid partnerships, from identification and vetting through performance management.
• Use cultural and behavioral intelligence to shape platform strategy, content direction, ambassador selection, and cultural moments.
• Lead and develop a team across social, talent, and creator partnerships.
• Partner cross-functionally with growth and performance teams and define meaningful social and creator metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years owning social strategy, content, and creator or influencer programs at scale.
• Proven channel growth and creator programs that delivered measurable business outcomes.
• Experience leading and developing teams with several direct reports.
• Strong real-time operating experience across cultural moments, news cycles, launches, and live engagement.
• Strong analytical ability and experience connecting social and creator performance to growth metrics.
• Authorization to work in the US or Canada is requested in the application.
