Growth Strategy & Campaign Manager (Web3)

Location: Asia; remote local marketing role

What you will do

• Own user growth campaigns from strategy and mechanism design through execution and post-campaign analysis.
• Design and execute large-scale user acquisition, referral, viral growth, and incentive campaigns focused on new user acquisition, FTT, and MAU growth.
• Build and optimize growth funnels and user lifecycle strategies to improve conversion, activation, retention, and ROI.
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns and coordinate Product, Marketing, Design, Data, KOL/KOC, Community, and Affiliate resources.
• Partner with Product and Data teams to turn growth strategies into scalable product features and operational solutions.
• Track industry, policy, competitor, and cryptocurrency market trends; use AI tools to improve research, ideation, analysis, content creation, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth operations, campaign operations, user acquisition, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in referral and viral growth, data analysis, business thinking, and growth metric optimization.
• Experience with integrated marketing, resource coordination, and cross-functional project management.
• Familiarity with Web3, cryptocurrency products, and user behavior; CEX experience is a plus.
• Strong written English is required for reading English materials and communicating with global teams.
• Self-driven, ownership-oriented, result-oriented, and capable of solving problems and executing effectively.

Nice to have

• Independent management of large-scale growth campaigns involving 1M+ users.
• Growth campaign experience at major internet platforms such as Pinduoduo, Kuaishou, Meituan, Taobao, or Douyin.
• CEX experience.
