What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies to meet delivery milestones
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrums, reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with product owners to maintain prioritized backlogs with clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Drive end-to-end delivery using Agile tools for story backlogs, scrum boards, and sprint progress tracking
• Establish team working agreements on cadence, estimation, and refinement standards
• Monitor delivery health, lead retrospectives for improvements, and provide transparent stakeholder updates

Requirements

• At least 5 years as project manager or scrum master in software development
• Strong project management and scrum facilitation skills
• Proficiency in Agile tools for scrum execution and backlog management
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders and multiple teams
• Relevant project management or scrum certification
• Proficient command of English
