What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and execution to ensure smooth team delivery.
• Support Agile/Scrum processes and optimize team workflows.
• Translate client feedback into actionable goals and technical improvements for the team.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align on priorities, expectations, and delivery timelines.
• Lead and support the team during the migration to Jira and promote its effective usage.
• Track project progress, identify risks and blockers, and drive their resolution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience working with cross-functional Agile teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and software delivery processes.
• Familiarity with Scrum ceremonies and Agile performance metrics.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher required.
• Location: Must be able to work remotely (Global).

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Jira migration and driving tool adoption.
• Relevant Agile or Project Management certifications.
