What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of cybersecurity projects from discovery to post-stabilization, aligning with scope and budget.
• Organize execution using Agile sprints and Waterfall methods to meet business priorities.
• Forecast and track resources, materials, and contract costs up to $5M, maintaining financial targets.
• Manage stakeholders and vendors, communicating status, risks, and KPIs to executives.
• Proactively resolve issues and risks to keep milestones on track.
• Maintain documentation and ensure audit readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing moderately complex technology projects, including infrastructure and applications.
• Advanced knowledge of PMBOK/Agile principles and foundational cybersecurity understanding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PPM tools; strong financial acumen for cost tracking.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, collaboration, and risk management skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe certification.
• Experience with Planisware, Smartsheet, or JIRA.
• Familiarity with technology service agreements and logistics.
