What you will do

• Take full end-to-end ownership of software projects from the initial discovery phase to final delivery.
• Act as the primary bridge and point of contact between clients and engineering teams to align expectations.
• Manage the product backlog, including writing high-quality user stories, prioritizing work, and estimating tasks.
• Translate client requirements into technical product specifications, ensuring the team focuses on high-value features.
• Define product strategies and create project timelines adapted to specific customer needs.
• Provide status reports to management, identify potential risks, and actively remove team blockers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product or Project Management roles within the software industry.
• Professional-level English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Mastery of Jira for story writing and task management.
• General software development literacy to facilitate meaningful conversations with developers.
• Experience using data and analytics tools to validate assumptions and track performance metrics.

Nice to have

• Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or other related certifications.
• Experience with Product Design.
• Prior coding experience.
