What you will do

• Bootstrap, architect, and code initial AI solutions and scalable frameworks as a hands-on technical builder.
• Own the product vision and drive rapid execution of the roadmap to achieve early commercial wins and market fit.
• Assemble and lead a cross-functional strike team spanning engineering, product, and GTM delivery.
• Partner with sales and marketing to craft compelling demos, ROI documentation, and technical case studies.
• Evangelize AI innovation at industry events and stay current with AI, ML, and LLM advancements.

Requirements

• Deep practical expertise in coding AI, ML, data products, or technical solution architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in product or engineering leadership within SaaS, AI, or platform environments.
• Proven track record of converting technical visions into revenue-generating, client-facing products.
• Entrepreneurial "player/coach" attitude with a relentless focus on organizational success.
• Exceptional communication skills for commanding rooms at conferences and authoring technical documentation.
• Must be located in the US, Canada, or the EU.
