Product Manager - AI Customer Support (AI): Reinventing customer support by empowering Care teams with AI agents to automate written and voice conversations with an accent on LLM integration and seamless escalation. Focus on building tooling for AI agent configuration and deploying scalable AI experiences across multiple countries.

Location: Hybrid/Remote (France). Fluency in French and English is required.

What you will do

  • Define product strategy and a high-impact roadmap for AI-powered customer support.
  • Develop AI agents to automate written and voice conversations across Email, Phone, and Chat.
  • Ensure a coherent user experience with smooth escalation to human Care experts when necessary.
  • Build tooling for Care and Ops teams to configure, test, monitor, and improve AI agents.
  • Translate the latest AI progress into product impact and deploy the agent stack across multiple countries.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and business units including sales and insurance.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a product management role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Curiosity and excitement for AI, specifically experience or willingness to learn LLM-based systems in production.
  • Hands-on builder mindset, comfortable with debug tools, traces, and evaluation dashboards.
  • Strong product execution skills, including goal setting, prioritization, and iterative shipping.
  • Ability to bridge technical engineering constraints with non-technical Ops reality.
