Salary: $63,825 - $71,800 yearly

What you will do

• Support clinical research systems, including user access, study setup, and data quality.
• Build and maintain questionnaires and study forms, and manage clinical paperwork.
• Coordinate participant workflows, including registration, visit tracking, and imaging.
• Perform data entry, validation, and corrections to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage secure document workflows and coordinate with lab and hospital partners on orders and results.
• Train staff on clinical systems and ensure data protection in compliance with HIPAA and federal standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience supporting clinical research programs, healthcare operations, or data management.
• Experience with clinical research systems (e.g., OpenClinica or similar EDC systems).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience within NIH, NIA, or HHS clinical research environments.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and human subjects research requirements.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology in hospital or clinic settings.
• Experience supporting system transitions or implementations (e.g., EPIC).
