What you will do
- Lead technical strategy as trusted advisor and escalation point for high-value customers.
- Architect enterprise-grade call flows, failover strategies, and custom integrations.
- Audit system performance, identify risks, and drive reliability improvements.
- Direct incident response, root cause analysis, and remediation strategies.
- Synthesize customer requirements into feedback for product and engineering roadmap.
- Orchestrate platform migrations and feature rollouts with zero downtime.
Requirements
- 8+ years as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar senior role for enterprise customers.
- Expert in APIs, complex distributed systems, and cloud platforms.
- Proven track record in high-uptime, low-latency, reliable environments.
- Mastery in incident management under pressure.
- Architectural vision for end-to-end workflows across networks.
- Superior communication for C-suite stakeholders.
- High autonomy, ownership, and data-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
Nice to have
- Expertise in telephony (SIP, VoIP, call routing).
- Experience with public safety tech, medical alerts, or contact centers.
- Advanced SRE practices, SLOs, error budgets.
- Managing multi-party integrations.
