Location: Based in or near Dallas, TX; Philadelphia, PA; or Bay Area, CA. Travel 30-40% required.

Salary: $165,000 - $190,000 (OTE $214,000 – $247,000)

What you will do

• Act as primary technical owner and trusted advisor for strategic clients, building relationships from engineers to C-suite.
• Master hirify.global platform and client ecosystems to lead diagnostic sessions and identify root causes.
• Architect, design, and co-develop novel solutions for unique client challenges.
• Proactively analyze systems, anticipate needs, and develop strategic technical roadmaps.
• Identify expansion opportunities and advocate for client needs internally with Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years in engineering, with 4+ years in technical customer-facing roles.
• Experience building and deploying AI-powered solutions using LLMs in customer environments.
• Pre-sales experience selling complex API/SaaS products, including demos.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) in SaaS.
• High EQ, consultative mindset, and ability to travel 30-40%.
