What you will do

• Identify high-friction workflows and replace them with AI-driven automation systems.
• Design and deploy AI agents and automation pipelines across various business functions.
• Develop RAG-based knowledge systems and internal copilots to improve information access.
• Integrate AI systems with internal platforms such as CRM, analytics, and support tools.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and deploy production-grade AI solutions.
• Define KPIs and optimize systems for performance, cost efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 5+ years of experience deploying AI/ML systems in production environments.
• Strong experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and agent frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python and strong software engineering fundamentals (APIs, system design, scalability).
• Experience integrating AI systems into enterprise tools and workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
