Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Canada (approximately 3 days per week in-office)

Salary: CA$75,000 – CA$100,000

What you will do

• Maintain driver-based ARR forecast models and product-level forecasting.
• Build and maintain dynamic working capital and cash flow forecasts tied to operational assumptions.
• Perform customer and cohort analytics, including churn, expansion, and retention metrics.
• Conduct budget vs. actual variance analysis and provide narrative commentary for executives and the board.
• Deliver rapid-turnaround ad hoc analyses and executive summary documents for leadership.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve speed, quality, and impact of financial outputs.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in SaaS FP&A, with exposure to the three financial statements.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (complex models, dynamic formula logic, and cross-sheet architecture).
• Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for knowledge work is an explicit expectation.
• Ability to independently produce polished deliverables such as models, decks, and summaries.
• Must be located in or authorized to work in a province where hirify.global is registered.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with financial systems like NetSuite, Hubspot, or Salesforce.
