What you will do

• Manage end-to-end budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning aligned with company strategy.
• Build and maintain automated KPI dashboards to serve as the organizational "single source of truth".
• Create scalable models for business opportunities, pricing strategies, and "what-if" scenarios to de-risk strategic pivots.
• Collaborate with the COO and department heads to translate financial data into actionable growth recommendations.
• Identify financial risks and structural gaps to develop mitigation frameworks in a fast-changing environment.
• Partner with Accounting during month-end close to analyze variances and ensure data integrity.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a high-growth or scale-up environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Expertise in advanced financial modeling, including 3-statement modeling and scenario analysis.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, Net Retention, CAC Payback, LTV) and revenue recognition principles.
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle and analyze large data sets.
