What you will do

• Execute comprehensive alliance strategy with hirify.global sellers, implementing joint GTM initiatives to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Build and manage relationships with Google stakeholders (PDM, PSM), representing offerings and resolving challenges.
• Develop sales training programs, GTM assets, and co-selling activities for internal teams and partners.
• Track partnership performance, launch priority GTM programs like events and sales plays.
• Collaborate with internal teams, provide coaching, and represent at industry events to build brand awareness.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience building and managing strategic partnerships in technology sector.
• Proven track record driving revenue growth and pipeline via partnerships.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud ecosystem, partner programs, and industry dynamics.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, leadership, and project management skills.
