Senior BDR (SaaS): Own pipeline generation across enterprise accounts for a hirify.globalefits platform with an accent on outbound strategy, multi-stakeholder prospecting into HR and C-suite, and AI-assisted workflows. Focus on building account plans with AEs, running qualification calls, and partnering on ABM campaigns.

What you will do

  • Build and own outbound strategy for defined enterprise accounts, prospecting into hirify.globalefits, HR, Reward, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Strategic AEs on account plans, stakeholder mapping, and opportunity progression.
  • Conduct structured qualification calls and hand off to AEs with complete context.
  • Partner with Marketing on targeted ABM campaigns for priority accounts.
  • Write, test, and adapt outbound sequences by persona and account.
  • Use AI tools for research, messaging, call prep, and self-coaching, sharing learnings with the team.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and use data to manage performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in enterprise outbound for B2B SaaS, ideally targeting HR, Reward, or hirify.globalefits buyers.
  • Track record of hitting pipeline targets.
  • Ability to research prospects' business and identify real pains.
  • Confidence prospecting VP and C-suite in multi-threaded accounts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for effective sequences.
  • Full autonomy in prioritization and strategy.
  • Curiosity about AI and experience building AI-assisted workflows.
