What you will do

  • Build and execute territory strategies and create net-new pipeline via outbound prospecting, partner motions, and referrals.
  • Lead insight-led enterprise sales cycles, reframing customer problems and uncovering operational bottlenecks.
  • Manage the full commercial process, including business case development, pricing, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to ensure technical alignment and smooth handoffs.
  • Position the solution against fragmented stacks (RPA, OCR, etc.) using an "exceptions-first" narrative.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS selling experience with a consistent track record of hitting targets.
  • Proven ability to run insight-led sales cycles and mobilize buying committees at the CFO/CIO level.
  • Expertise in managing complex, multi-threaded deals using frameworks like MEDDICC.
  • Fluent English required; German or another major European language is a strong plus.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ERP/SAP (S/4, ECC) or selling into finance/procurement transformations.
  • Background in automation platforms such as workflow, RPA, process mining, or IDP.
  • Experience managing global enterprise rollouts and multi-country stakeholders.
