What you will do

• Perform client due diligence and KYC/KYB screening for new customers across various business units.
• Manage watch list filtering and analyze negative news alerts generated during the onboarding process.
• Conduct online research to identify applicant entities and beneficial owners.
• Develop risk ratings and profiles for partner customers and shared end customers.
• Collaborate with business leaders, surveillance, compliance, and technology teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Identify potential areas for improved processing and automation of manual KYC workflows.

Requirements

• College degree with strong academic credentials.
• Must be based in AMER, EUR, UK, Bermuda, or a relevant time zone.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and multi-task effectively with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• AML/CFT compliance experience.
• Experience in FinTech or financial services, especially within B2B2C models.
• Familiarity with automated KYC/KYB solutions.
