Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - must spend at least 1 day a week in the office

What you will do

• Conduct high-quality business analysis to accelerate strategic change initiatives
• Gather and document requirements to meet user and business needs
• Design and map scalable processes to simplify complexity
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive decision-making
• Support change readiness, including training and risk mitigation planning
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure joined-up outcomes

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process design, and stakeholder management
• Proven track record across the full change delivery lifecycle
• Experience working in Agile environments and iterative delivery
• Strong prioritization and workload management skills
• Professional courage to question briefs and push back on low-value work
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills for senior audiences

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as BCS BA Diploma, Six Sigma, IIBA, or APM
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or other regulated industries
• Experience in similar-sized organizations and fast-paced environments
