What you will do

  • Conduct cold calling and outbound outreach to potential clients to generate new leads.
  • Process orders and provide dedicated customer service to the existing clientele.
  • Research potential leads through business directories and digital resources to build a prospective client database.
  • Maintain and update client information using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and channel partners to build pipelines and close sales.
  • Track and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably within a software company.
  • Must be located at the offices in Aspropyrgos, Attiki, Greece.
  • Basic understanding of technology and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client interaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Experience with CRM or Salesforce is preferred.
