What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles in tech, marketing, finance, and other business areas.
• Identify and engage active and passive candidates through social media, job boards, and professional networks.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to assess the talent landscape and build candidate pipelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain candidate databases.
• Continuously maintain and improve internal recruitment processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter within tech companies.
• Hands-on experience with advanced sourcing techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional writing skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Location: Must be based in Yerevan, Armenia.
