What you will do

• Identify opportunities and grow the company's footprint with strategic performance agencies and clients.
• Establish and navigate meaningful relationships with prospects to convert them into active partners.
• Align cutting-edge adtech offerings with evolving client needs to ensure tailored and impactful solutions.
• Maintain a disciplined and up-to-date sales pipeline for accurate revenue forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal insights, account management, and technical solutions teams to optimize client satisfaction.
• Manage the strategic transition of clients from the sales cycle to the Account Management team.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in digital media sales, preferably within mobile, video, or programmatic.
• Solid understanding of the digital media landscape including CTV, OLV, digital display, native, and programmatic advertising.
• A strong network within media agencies and direct advertiser contacts.
• Knowledge of performance and affiliate marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• CV must be submitted in English.
