TL;DR

Location: Remote from Brazil, Portugal, or Spain. Must operate on EST hours (9 AM–5 PM EST).

What you will do
- Own and close the upsell and cross-sell pipeline across the client portfolio.
- Lead commercial conversations including scoping, pricing, and proposal delivery.
- Manage the end-to-end NPS program and conduct 30/60/90-day account check-ins.
- Close low-to-mid complexity inbound deals in collaboration with the Growth Team.
- Maintain detailed account documentation within HubSpot and Notion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar full-cycle sales role with a proven closing track record.
- Deep understanding of DTC, digital advertising, and performance marketing fundamentals.
- Fluent English (C1+) with strong professional video and written communication skills.
- Availability to work EST hours (9 AM–5 PM EST).
- Proficiency with HubSpot (or equivalent CRM), Notion, and Google Workspace.
