TL;DR

Growth Lead (Ecommerce): Driving expansion revenue across the account portfolio and closing inbound deals with an accent on commercial strategy, upsell/cross-sell, and relationship building. Focus on identifying growth opportunities through performance data and NPS insights to hit revenue KPIs.

Location: Remote from Brazil, Portugal, or Spain. Must operate on EST hours (9 AM–5 PM EST).

What you will do

  • Own and close the upsell and cross-sell pipeline across the client portfolio.
  • Lead commercial conversations including scoping, pricing, and proposal delivery.
  • Manage the end-to-end NPS program and conduct 30/60/90-day account check-ins.
  • Close low-to-mid complexity inbound deals in collaboration with the Growth Team.
  • Maintain detailed account documentation within HubSpot and Notion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar full-cycle sales role with a proven closing track record.
  • Deep understanding of DTC, digital advertising, and performance marketing fundamentals.
  • Fluent English (C1+) with strong professional video and written communication skills.
  • Availability to work EST hours (9 AM–5 PM EST).
  • Proficiency with HubSpot (or equivalent CRM), Notion, and Google Workspace.
